How do I purchase a ship?
Choose a design, then contact me to confirm available quantities and purchase details. We’ll coordinate a local pickup directly. There is no online checkout.
Where can I pick up my order?
Pickup is arranged directly in Hampton Roads, Virginia. Please email to agree on a location and time before traveling.
Do you offer shipping?
No. Coastal CAD Prints is a local business serving Hampton Roads, Virginia. All purchases are for local pickup.
Will my challenge coins fit?
Coin sizes and shapes vary. Include your coin dimensions and the vessel you’re interested in when you contact me so we can confirm fit before purchase.
Can I request a different vessel?
You’re welcome to share a ship you’d like to see. More designs are in development, but a request does not guarantee availability or a completion date.
How should I care for my display?
Handle small details gently and dust with a soft cloth. Ask for material-specific care instructions when arranging your purchase.
What if I have a problem with my purchase?
Email costalcadprints@gmail.com with the vessel name, purchase details, and a description of the issue. You can attach photos in your email so I can review it with you.
